Returns
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:

The item must be in its original packaging with all tags, accessories, and documentation included.

Certain products may not be eligible for return due to hygiene, safety, or other applicable reasons. Such exclusions will be clearly indicated on the product page where applicable.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

Products that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take 5–14 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error, a defective product, or an incorrect item being delivered.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can assist you promptly.
Upon verification, we will offer a replacement, exchange, or full refund as appropriate.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if an exchange is approved by our customer service team. Please contact us before sending any item back.
Return Shipping
Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking information.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled before they are processed and shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled and must follow the return process described above.
